It was a grand time at The Printing House in the West Village.  Not too cold, not too brisk, not too crowded but wonderfully chic. Dering Hall, the popular resource for the interior design community has collaborated with photographer, Patrick McMullan and Interior Designer, Scott Sanders to combine forces and spiff up the "on market" apartments within The Printing House building.

A chic combination of downtown celebrities and uptown socialites walked through several model residences designed by Scott Sanders and featured framed photographs by Patrick McMullan.  A delicious Pinot Grigio and Reisling were served with scrumptious tray pass crab cakes, shrimp cocktail and caviar pancakes.  Patrick is no stranger to hosting events and he was in fine form for this classic combination of real estate hot shots and nightlife impresarios.

After much anticipation, the Printing House launched sales of 60 new units in 2012. Practically every new unit in the 1910-built former printing factory has a unique floorplan. Available units fall into the $2-$4.5 million range, with some apartments costing as much as $7.5 million.

Myles Horn, is a real estate investor and developer who specializes in co-op and condominium conversions and the acquisition of large blocks of unsold shares and units. He and his partners currently own the majority of the apartments in the iconic building.
